Shiatsu is a form of oriental massage where thumb, finger and palm pressure are applied to the body in order to harmonize the flow of energy, or Chi – and this brings the body, mind and soul into a state of homeostasis.
Hot & Cool Stone Therapy is a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy massage that promotes deep relaxation.
Sharon considers it an honour and a privilege to serve clients and share the benefits of a number of ancient healing arts. She invites you to contact her for more information on Shiatsu, Sound Therapy or Hot & Cool Stone Therapy Massage.
